MPMPC Patient Satisfaction at Nationally Recognized Levels
 
 

Morton Plant Mease Primary Care, Inc (MPMPC) implemented a new Patient Satisfaction Survey tool in July 2007 under a contract with Press Ganey, an independent and nationally recognized survey firm.

 

A sampling of all Patients seen by MPMPC is selected by Press Ganey and randomly mailed the survey. Responses and results are independently benchmarked against all other medical groups in the country that participate with Press Ganey.

 

We are very pleased to report that more than 9,000 of our patients have been surveyed to-date and our overall group mean score for all seventy-five (75) MPMPC physicians combined is 92.8 of a possible 100, while the “Care of the Provider” received a mean score of 94.8 !

 

This places MPMPC scores in the 96th percentile in the State of Florida and the 98th percentile nationally when compared to all other groups that are part of an Integrated Delivery System.
