Since October 2009, MPMPC's patient satisfaction survey process has been administered by Avatar International, a nationally recognized survey firm.

Avatar randomly selects our patients to survey and independently handles the mailing of surveys and the compiling of results. They provide valuable feedback to our management team, including your comments for improvement and also compare our results to other medical providers in the State of Florida and the Region.

We are extremely pleased to report that our overall group results to-date have resulted in an award of Five Stars for overall satisfaction, the highest star rating available.
